With over a decade of experience in Toronto's competitive hospitality industry, including managing operations for a 5-star hotel, Michael witnessed firsthand the impact of a truly immaculate environment on guest satisfaction. He founded My Canada Cleaning with a clear mission: to bring that same level of meticulous care, professionalism, and attention to detail to every home and business. Michael oversees our quality standards and training programs, ensuring that every job is performed to perfection. When he isn't focused on the business, he loves exploring Toronto's diverse food scene with his family.

Chloe Chen, Co-Founder & COO

As the logistical heart of My Canada Cleaning, Chloe is the master of smooth operations. With a background in logistics and team management, she believes that a happy, empowered team delivers the best results. Chloe is passionate about creating a positive work environment, equipping our cleaning professionals with the best tools and eco-friendly products, and meticulously managing our scheduling to ensure we are always on time and prepared for every job. On weekends, you can find her biking along the Martin Goodman Trail, enjoying the Toronto waterfront.
